The terms on which Clownmind Studio Pvt. Ltd. makes this website available, and the general basis on which we provide services.

Using this website
You may read, print and share pages from this site for your own purposes. You may not republish substantial portions of it as your own, or use it to train a model without written permission.
We try to keep the site accurate but make no warranty that it is complete or current. Nothing here is a binding offer.
Services and contracts
Work is performed under a separate written agreement — a statement of work or master services agreement — which takes precedence over anything on this website if the two conflict.
Rates and durations shown on this site are indicative. Firm pricing follows a framing week, once the scope is actually understood.
Intellectual property
On payment of the relevant invoices, all deliverables created specifically for a client — source code, designs, documentation — transfer to that client outright.
We retain ownership of pre-existing tools and general know-how, and grant a perpetual licence to use anything of ours embedded in a deliverable.
Brand names, logos and written content on this website remain ours.
Confidentiality
Information shared with us in the course of an enquiry or engagement is treated as confidential whether or not an NDA has been signed. We are happy to sign yours.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, our aggregate liability under any engagement is capped at the fees paid under it, and we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss including lost profits or lost data.
Third-party services
Projects frequently depend on platforms and services operated by others. We are not responsible for their availability, pricing or changes to their terms, though we will flag material risks during the framing week.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a signed engagement agreement specifies otherwise.
